About Schneller Homes
Lee and Ken Schneller, along with their partner, Floyd King started Schneller Homes over two decades ago. Schneller's reputation is based upon building dream homes focusing on the client's wants and needs. They sweat all of the details, which makes a home beautiful. Their homes are built with low maintenance materials, so they remain gorgeous decades after they are built.
Schneller Homes primarily builds in the White Oak and Monfort Heights Areas of Cincinnati. Some of their communities are Ashbrook Estates, Jamestowne Bay, Rosewood, Lakeshore Landing, and Eckert Woods. These communities offer wonderful amenities, such as sidewalks, attractive lighting, landscaped entrances, and greenspace.
Schneller offers a number of home plans, and specializes in building custom homes. Their superintendents have more than 20 years of field experience, and the sub-contractors on average have been with Schneller for over ten years.
We still build homes the old-fashioned way, from stick framing to plywood flooring, engineered roof trusses to the fypon on the exterior of our homes.
